My favorite place for finding inspiration is the flea market. Encountering an endless stream of non-cohesive objects that are just lying there beside one another is something that, in a way, tricks my mind into creating strange narratives and backstories for the pieces that I come into contact with.
However different, crazy, and hilarious some of these objects may seem, the actual encounter with them is something that triggers some sort of inspirational flame that is the by-product of these old, worn-out, odd, and most commonly non-usable objects from which I draw inspiration. Not only from them but from their surroundings as well.
Therefore, these two pairs of Nike heels are made out of upcycled flea market Nikes, two pairs of old heels, and are fully inspired by the essence of the place from which they come.
